We are currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Coordinator to join our team of professionals. This position plays a pivotal role in the human resources function, ensuring the effective and efficient administration of HR operations. 

 

You will be responsible for coordinating various HR-related processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee recognition programs, HR communications, talent development, HR reporting, compliance initiatives and events.  In addition, Senior HR Coordinator will be providing direction and resolve various HR inquiries. 

 

Our “ideal candidate” is an individual who has 3+ years experience in a role supporting Human Resources teams and projects

Responsibilities for this opportunity include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Talent Acquisition: Assist in maintaining Adstra’s ATS, create and post internal job postings, schedule interviews, create offer letters, launch and own new hire on-boarding activities, facilitate New Hire Orientation sessions.
  • Cultural Initiatives: variety of responsibilities focused on enhancing our associate experience across the various disciplines of HR, while also focusing on the social connectedness of our remote work environment, including but not limited to actively participate in corporate engagement/social initiatives and teams, assist with companywide HR communications.
  • Company Programs: Assist in the administration of employee recognition programs, provide systems administration within our LMS and Performance Management platforms to launch, monitor and report on various learning & development and performance management initiatives.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits administration; including coordination of open enrollment and wellness programs,
  • HR Reporting: Assist HR leaders with quarterly reports and presentations, updating org-charts, maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database as needed.
  • HR Compliance and Projects: Create and maintain HR files, ensuring compliance with all laws, process, organize and maintain departmental invoices, assist with the research, revision and implementation of company policies and procedures, assist in HR compliance initiatives and compliance reviews.
  • This role may serve as back-up for payroll.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

In addition, our "ideal candidate" has the following skills & experience:

 

  • BA/BS degree or relevant HR certification and 3+ years of HR work experiences;
  • 3+ years related administrative HR experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, ADP Reporting, CornerStone OnDemand, and iCIMS is good to have.
  • Demonstrate ownership, collaborative spirit and proactive follow-up a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality a must!
