About the Role 

 

We are seeking a highly motivated, disciplined and results-driven Sales Director to join our team and drive new logo sales of our industry-leading enterprise identity solutions to brands directly. This role has an uncapped commission structure. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, targeting both challenger brands and Fortune 500 companies. Your ability to understand customer pain points and position Adstra's solutions as the answer will be crucial to your success. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to hunt, build, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with key brand clients and internal stakeholders. 

Responsibilities for this opportunity include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans targeting large enterprise accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and building strong relationships with C-level executives. 
  • New Business Development: Proactively prospect and cultivate new business opportunities, conducting in-depth needs assessments, and tailoring compelling value propositions that showcase the benefits of Adstra's solutions. 
  • Sales Cycle Management: Skillfully navigate complex sales cycles, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and close, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. 
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive successful customer outcomes. 
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to anticipate customer needs and identify new market opportunities. 
  • Revenue Generation: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets, contributing to Adstra's overall growth and profitability. 
  • Pipeline Management: Meticulously manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and proactively addressing potential obstacles to ensure consistent deal flow and target achievement.

  • Proven Sales Success: A track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex deals with both large and small enterprises. 
  • Hunter Mentality: A self-starter with a strong drive to succeed, comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.  
  • Consultative Selling Approach: Skilled in building relationships, understanding customer requirements, and tailoring solutions to meet those needs. 
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the ad-tech and identity space, including current challenges, market trends, and competitive landscape. 
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers at the C-level. 
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that deliver measurable results. 
  • Collaborative Spirit: A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting, able to build strong internal and external relationships. 
  • Problem-Solving Acumen: Ability to identify customer pain points and effectively articulate how Adstra's solutions address their specific needs. 

 

  • 8+ years sales and consultative experience in selling marketing solutions to Brands – specifically focused on Hospitality, Retail and Finance 
  • BA/BS degree.  
  • Established network of Brand relationships and contacts across industries to leverage for business opportunities.  
  • Accomplished in lead generation, prospecting and cultivation of new relationships; are passionate about the chase, find creative ways to get meetings and believe they have the solutions to solve the clients’ pains. Can also move clients into new solutions with strong discovery and storytelling. These sellers are persistent.  
  • Demonstrated exemplary ability to communicate verbally and in writing with Senior and C-Level Executives, this includes customizing Adstra materials for client, understanding the client’s business and issues, developing strong approach to discovery, navigating the room, handling objections and painting the picture for the solve.  
  • Active involvement in industry trade groups, including speaking engagements. 
  • Ability to effectively function in a fast-paced environment with quotas and goals; lead and drive to outcomes, be nimble, creative. Ability to pivot and handle change.  
  • Proficiency with software programs including Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, Seamless, Outreachand LinkedIn Navigator 
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 30% of the time within the United States.  
  • This position is a remote work arrangement.
