Marketing Execution Specialist

We are currently seeking a Marketing Execution Specialist to join our team of professionals.

 

You will be responsible for managing the execution and onboarding (offer set-up) of US Offers. This includes managing and submitting offers through all required review processes and working closely with compliance review partners and marketing partners to ensure all campaigns are fully approved prior to launch.

 

Our “ideal candidate” is an individual who has experience in marketing operations, compliance, and project management and process execution; has experience with creative asset review for direct marketing promotions; and has a proven ability for attention to detail, interpreting guidelines, making decisions, and effectively meeting deadlines. 

Responsibilities for this opportunity include, but are not limited to:

  • Acting as the Marketing Execution Specialist for Offer campaigns. This includes managing and submitting offers through all required review processes and working closely with compliance review partners and marketing partners to ensure all campaigns are fully approved prior to launch.
  • Executing the end- to-end offer onboarding (set-up) process for Offer campaigns, ensuring the successful set-up and launch of offers.
  • Conducting quality reviews and validations to ensure flawless delivery of campaigns.
  • Working closely with Technologies to set-up, track and validate offers, ensuring they launch successfully.  
  • Providing consultation and support to Marketing partners who want to launch campaigns.
  • Driving process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Continuing to meet the evolving needs of our Partners, Cardmembers, and Merchants.
  • Comply with Adstra account policies, Best Practices, procedures and deliverables.  
  • Meet/exceed Service Level Agreement performance metrics and client expectations.
  • Performs other duties to support the team as assigned by management.
  • Resolves problems with Supervisor support.

  • Marketing execution and process management experience
  • Solid organized self-starter who displays initiative and sense of urgency. Ability to take some direction and run with it with minimal direct supervision.
  • Solid attention to detail. Delivers high-level quality/accurate work to drive flawless execution.
  • Solid project management skills. Ability to deliver on promises and meet deadlines. Ability to work in operational, production-oriented environment. Balance a sense of urgency with professionalism and confidence.
  • Solid ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced deadline intensive environment.
  • Creative problem solving and decision-making ability. Ability to accurately diagnose situations to determine the correct action. Knows when to escalate an issue to overcome obstacles.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and understanding of data relationships. Problem/situation analysis.
  • Solid communication skills, written and verbal. Engaged listening skills. Asks questions (digs deep to understand issue). Ability to articulate the issue/solution/project clearly.
  • College Degree from an accredited college or university, or 5-7 years of professional experience in lieu of college degree required. 
  • 1-3 years prior Direct Marketing industry experience in brokerage, list management, campaign management, advertising, marketing, compliance, quality/documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Background in Marketing/Project Management
  • 1+ years’ experience in marketing/campaign execution
  • Experience managing projects from inception through to implementation; excellent follow-through skills.
  • Experience documenting and analyzing processes and procedures preferred.
