About Adstra

Adstra is the new standard in composable, warehouse-native consumer identity and data. Modern enterprises manage petabytes of mission-critical first-party data within cloud data lakehouses and warehouses. Adstra eliminates the legacy friction of file-transfers, data movement, and opaque matching by embedding enterprise identity resolution directly inside the brand's private cloud (VPC) across Databricks and Snowflake.

With row-level transparency, modular functional packages, and zero data movement, Adstra enables enterprise brands to compress time-to-value by replacing fragmented point solutions and opaque black boxes with native software that runs where their data already lives.

Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive (Cloud Data Platforms) to drive direct outbound adoption and cloud ecosystem co-sell velocity across our native brand enterprise applications across Databricks and Snowflake. This is not a passive alliance management role, nor is it a traditional direct-hunting software sales job. You will run a sophisticated dual-track "account triangle" sales motion:

  1. Direct Brand Pursuit: Prospect directly into CMOs, VPs of Marketing Operations, and Heads of CRM across Enterprise Accounts.
  2. Technical Validation & Platform Co-Selling: Partner with Solution Engineers to navigate enterprise data governance reviews with CIOs, CDOs, and Enterprise Data Architects, while concurrently aligning with Databricks and Snowflake field AEs to transact contracts via Cloud Marketplace Private Offers / Capacity Drawdown against committed cloud budgets (EDP/CUD).

Responsibilities for this opportunity include, but are not limited to:

  • Execute Direct Brand Outbound Prospecting: Proactively identify, qualify, and engage Enterprise Accounts in Retail, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, and Media.
  • Lead Executive Value & Demos: Deliver high-impact business presentations and deploy Adstra’s Identity Health Assessment (IHA) audit tool to marketing leadership. (eRamp, Experian, Epsilon).
  • Navigate Technical & Governance Reviews: Team up with Solution Engineers (SEs) to conduct architectural walkthroughs with CIOs, Chief Data Officers, and Enterprise Cloud Architects—validating zero data egress, Unity Catalog governance and Snowpark Container Services (SPCS) security.
  • Orchestrate Cloud Ecosystem Co-Selling: Build trust and alignment with Databricks and Snowflake, field Account Executives and Solutions Architects. Jointly map enterprise accounts to position Conexa as a high-value compute workload that accelerates consumption and burns down committed cloud spend.
  • Structure & Close Commercial Transactions: Author, negotiate, and close deals through both Direct Flat-License contracts (Adstra paper) and Cloud Marketplace Private Offers (Capacity Drawdown/EDP), leveraging speed-to-contract mechanics to compress sales.
  • Enforce Territory & Mid-Enterprise Qualification: Champion territory integrity by focusing dedicated outbound bandwidth on named Enterprise Accounts.

In addition, our "ideal candidate" has the following skills & experience:

  • Proven Enterprise Track Record: 10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience, consistently exceeding annual targets of $1.0M–$1.5M+ ARR with deal sizes ranging from $350k to $1.5MM+ ACV.
  • Cloud Marketplace & ISV Co-Sell Fluency: 3+ years of direct experience structuring and closing deals via Cloud Marketplace Private Offers (Snowflake Marketplace, Databricks Marketplace, AWS Marketplace, or Google Cloud Marketplace) utilizing enterprise committed spend (EDP/CUD/MCD drawdown).
  • Dual-Stakeholder Sales Acumen: Proven ability to navigate the "bridge sale": speaking campaign ROI, attribution, and customer acquisition to the CMO / Marketing Ops leader, while articulating zero data egress, schema isolation, and compute governance to the CIO / CDO / Data Architect.
  • Modern Data Stack (MDS) Literacy: High comfort with modern cloud infrastructure concepts, including cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery), lakehouses (Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog), data clean rooms, and zero-copy architecture.
  • Enterprise Contract Strategy: Experience executing the "wedge play"—uncovering incumbent contract renewal dates, identifying operational gaps, and landing native interim pilots ahead of formal RFPs.
